Annual Meeting

In September 4-6, 2014, the University "Mediterranea" of Reggio Calabria, in cooperation with MEDAlics – the Research Centre for the Mediterranean Relations – will host for the first time the National Meeting of the Association for Mathematics Applied to Economics and Social Sciences which will take place in the charming setting of the Strait of Messina.

The conference, now at its 38th edition, is a point of reference in the national and international academic world. It is a permanent forum for discussion where new researches and studies related to quantitative analysis of various aspects of theoretical and applied economics, quantitative finance and actuarial science are presented.

Since 1976 the conference brings together academics and experts, graduate students and researchers from Italian and foreign universities. In this conference the plenary talks and parallel sessions will hold discussions on the following topics:
